Basic Rules - drink plenty of filtered water around 3L, drink herbal teas, coconut water, majority of your meals have salads and raw veggies, drink
lots of non dairy smoothies, smack on raw nuts, fruit and veggies.
Make sure that you start your day with hot water and ½ fresh lemon juice this is very cleansing and alkalizing drink for your body. Drink plenty of water before you start to eat your breakfast
I am excited about the daily recipes, especially the salad dressings. Nothing beats a home made salad dressing. Here is one of my faves:
Creamy Lime and Avo Dressing
Blend in blender:
2 x ripe avocadoes,
½ cup of olive oil,
1 cup of coconut water,
2 x cloves of garlic,
2x lime juices,
1x tbsp Himalayan salt,
1tbsp of agave nectar (or rice malt syrup)Dash of cayenne pepper
So I am off to spend the Australia Day weekend camping at Seal Rocks this weekend. Eeeek haven't done that in donkey's years. Looking forward to whipping up some tasty (GDSF) treats to sustain us over the 3 days. Bring on the sun sand and surf.
Although my tent wont be as elaborate as this one.
